Calendar Booker Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using the Calendar Booker Google Sheets Add-on ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Service.

Calendar Booker provides bi-directional synchronization services between Google Sheets™ and Google Calendar™. The Service enables users to manage calendar events directly from a spreadsheet interface and import calendar data into Google Sheets.

Calendar Booker's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google API data for advertising purposes or any other purpose not explicitly authorized by the user.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to verify your purchase or subscription status using your email address.

• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
• Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

The Service, including but not limited to its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of the developer. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service remain with the developer.

If the Service is provided under a paid license or subscription:

• Payments are processed through the designated payment provider (if applicable).
• Refunds are handled at the sole discretion of the developer or in accordance with the specific refund policy posted at the point of purchase.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
